Suddora's Special Projects division designs, prototypes, replicates, and manufactures custom wearables and soft goods accessories for professional sports teams, sports technology companies, brands, and organizations.
If you have a device that needs to be worn on the body, a product that needs to be replicated and scaled, or an accessory that doesn't exist yet, this is what we do. Sweat management is our foundation. Custom manufacturing is where we solve problems nobody else will take on. We have manufactured custom products for NFL, MLB, and NBA organizations, NCAA programs, high school athletic departments, and sports technology companies since 2008.

Device Pouches & Wearable Housings
Send us your device, or even a 3D printed model, and we build a wearable around it that fits perfectly: neoprene pouches sewn onto jerseys, wrist worn pouches with clear viewing windows, glove straps, arm wraps, and belt mounted holders. We have built wearables for electronic play calling systems, pitch calling pagers, and GPS athlete tracking devices used in NCAA and professional sports.
Hook and Loop Wearables & Straps
Adjustable wristbands, arm wraps, glove band straps, and tribute style bands that fasten with hook and loop closures, including designs that can be put on and taken off over gloves or equipment.
Custom Size Sweatbands & Armbands
Standard catalog sizes are the starting point, not the limit. We have produced 8 inch and 11 inch tall armbands for NFL quarterbacks at the request of team equipment managers. If a player needs a size that doesn’t exist, we make it.
Product Replication
Already have a product that works, but it’s being sewn in a garage or your supplier disappeared? Send us a sample. We reverse engineer it, match or improve the materials and construction, and take over production at scale. In many cases we deliver a production quality sample within about a month of receiving yours.
Team Hand Warmers
Football style waist hand warmers, with or without logos, in team colors. Available blank for programs with exclusive apparel brand agreements.
Cut and Sew Sports Accessories
Towels, sleeves, headbands, straps, pouches, vests, and soft goods built to your spec from cotton terry cloth, neoprene, elastic, mesh, and technical fabrics.
Materials & Construction Capabilities
The materials in our sweatbands are the same ones we build custom wearables from. If a project needs a fabric, closure, or piece of hardware that isn't here, ask.
Who We Work With
Electronic play calling and pitch calling companies, GPS tracking providers, and wearable sensor makers who need a manufacturing partner for the soft goods side of their product: the pouch, strap, or band that actually puts their device on an athlete’s body.
Your engineers build the device. We build everything that touches the athlete.
NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, and high school equipment managers come to us when a player needs something that doesn’t exist: a longer armband, a custom pouch, a specific towel, a modified accessory.

We scope it
If it fits our capabilities, we come back with a roadmap, materials, and pricing. If it doesn’t, we tell you fast.
Prototype & sample
We produce a sample for your approval. Sending us your physical device or a 3D printed model of it is the fastest path; the back and forth is almost always the only bottleneck.
Production
Once approved, we produce at scale with the same construction every time, and we handle reorders so your product is never dependent on someone’s garage again.
Custom manufacturing done right takes time. Typical production runs ship by sea freight on roughly a 45 day timeline; air freight is available when speed matters more than cost. If you need hand warmers or cold weather gear for the season, order in summer.
We regularly sign NDAs and work with prerelease devices. Your IP stays yours. We are the manufacturer, not a competitor.
