A surprising number of successful sports products are sewn in somebody's garage. That works right up until it doesn't: orders scale, the person sewing burns out, quality drifts, and suddenly a growing product has no manufacturer.
Suddora takes over production from a physical sample alone. We reverse-engineer the construction, source matching or better materials, and deliver a production sample for approval, typically within about a month of receiving yours. Then we produce at scale, identically, every run. Customers who've moved garage-built products to us reorder season after season, and in every case so far the replicated version came back better than the original: cleaner stitching, more consistent fit, improved materials.
Your product stays your product. We sign NDAs routinely, we don't resell your design, and we don't need your customer list. We're the factory discipline behind your brand.
Good replication candidates: wearables, pouches, straps, bands, towels, soft goods, and accessories. If it's cut and sewn, send it.
When The Catalog Size Doesn't Exist
Equipment managers call us when a player needs something that isn't made. A quarterback who wants an 8-inch wristband when the longest on the market is 4 inches. Another who wears an 11-inch armband under his wrist coach. We've built both, for NFL players, at the request of their equipment managers.
Any sweatband, armband, headband, or wearable we make can be resized: taller, longer, tighter, looser, kid-size to whatever the biggest athlete in your building needs. Small runs for a single player are common; if it later becomes a team order or a yearly reorder, even better.
