SPECIAL PROJECTS / CAPABILITY

You Built The Device.
We Build Everything
That Puts It On The Athlete.

Suddora manufactures the soft-goods side of sports technology: the pouches, straps, bands, and jersey mounts that let electronic play-calling devices, pitch-calling pagers, and GPS trackers actually be worn in games and practices. Since 2008 our wearables have been used in NFL, MLB, NBA, and NCAA competition.

01 / THE PROBLEM

The Problem We Solve

Electronic play calling is expanding fast. The NCAA allows it, Texas approved wearable play-calling technology for high school football starting in 2025, and more states are following. Companies building these systems are great at hardware and software, but the wearable is a different discipline: fit, stretch, stitching, sweat, abuse, and laundering, season after season.

Most sports tech companies start the way you'd expect: a family member sewing pouches, a local shop doing small runs. That works until orders scale. Then they call us.

02 / WHAT WE BUILD

What We Build

01

Wrist-Worn Device Pouches

Terry cloth sweatband bases with sewn-on neoprene pouches sized precisely to your device, with clear windows so athletes read the screen like a watch. Built in small and large sizes for youth through pro athletes.

02

Arm and Wrist Wraps

Stretch neoprene wraps with hook-and-loop closures, clear screen windows, metal D-rings, and screen-printed logos. Slide the device in, wrap, done.

03

Glove-band Straps

Straps that mount your device to the back of a baseball or softball glove, so a pitcher or fielder reads the call off their glove hand.

04

Jersey-mounted Pouches

Thin neoprene pouches with sewn edges that equipment staff attach directly to game or practice jerseys, originally developed for GPS tracking devices worn by NFL players.

05

Over-Glove Wearables

Bands designed to be put on and removed while gloves are still on, using hook-and-loop closures, developed originally for professional combat sports.

03 / GETTING STARTED

How To Start (This Part Matters)

The single biggest factor in project speed is getting your device into our hands. Send us:

  • +The actual device
  • +A 3D-printed model of it (this is all we need)
  • +An existing sample of the wearable you want replicated or improved
A NOTE ON TIMELINE & CONFIDENTIALITY

From there, we typically deliver a production-quality sample in about a month. We routinely sign NDAs and work with unreleased hardware.

04 / REPLICATION

Replication and Production Takeover

If you already have a working wearable and just need someone to manufacture it consistently at scale, we take over production from samples alone, matching or improving materials, stitching, and fit. Companies do this with us when their volume outgrows in-house production. Your product, your IP, our factory discipline.

06 / FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What devices can you build around?
Anything worn on the body: play-calling receivers and pagers, GPS pods, sensors, timing devices, medical or specialty electronics. If it's roughly between the size of a coin and a smartphone, we've likely built something like it.
Do we need finished hardware?
No. A 3D-printed model of the device is enough for us to build the wearable.
Can you match our brand?
Yes: colors, screen-printed logos, woven labels, custom packaging.
Can athletes read the screen through the pouch?
Yes. We build clear-window pouches specifically so screens are readable without removing the device.
