What an OEM Partnership Looks Like
One Device Becomes a Product Line - Our longest-running OEM customer started with a single wristband pouch. Today we produce their wristbands in two sizes, their arm wrap, and their glove strap, all reordered PO after PO. That’s the model: we build the accessory family around your device so every customer segment has a way to wear it.
Your Brand, Not Ours - Private label is standard. Your logo screen printed or woven on, your packaging, your product. Nothing we make for you carries Suddora branding unless you want it to.
Replacement and Expansion SKUs -Straps wear out, teams want team colors, new sports need new mounting points. Accessory and replacement SKUs are high-margin recurring revenue for device companies, and we manufacture all of them.
Annual Reorder Programs - Once a design is locked, reorders arrive identical, every run. We offer simple annual supply terms with locked pricing so your COGS is predictable and your supply never depends on one person’s sewing machine.
The Economics
You know your device margins. Soft goods made with us are typically a small fraction of your retail accessory price, which is why our OEM customers treat the accessory line as a profit center, not a cost. Typical MOQs start around 500 units per SKU; production ships by sea on roughly 45-day timelines with air freight available for launches.
