New Years Resolutions…

How many of us make New Years Promises that we never follow through on? Those promises of getting back in shape, or eating healthier… You all know what I’m talking about!

Well here at Suddora being that we sell items specifically dealing with getting in shape, staying fit, and sports less than half of our team works out regularly. Such as our SweatbandsBalance Bracelets and Arm Sleeves to name a few. We as a team decided to get in better shape together and stick to it. We incorporated the Suddora Fitness Challenge into our daily routine!

 

 

Fitness Challege

Daily Workout Regiment  
Exercises 15 reps of each and 15 sec. of planks. Workouts all increase by 1 every day and planks by 5 sec. everyday, Fridays off day.

We will be doing this for 30 Days and we’ll see where we are and decide how to increase and enhance our workout from there. We encourage everyone out there to start some kind of regular workout regiment and follow it… See where you are in 30 days too! We won’t be posting before and after pictures or we’d just be showing off but I’m already seeing an improvement.
